Sealing
Over time, erosion of sand between unsealed paving and slab joints results in destabilisation of the paving. The gradient of your driveway, using the wrong type of pressure washer, rain flow and vaccum/road sweeping will all accentuate the structural failure of the paving. Using a professional sealant system not only dramatically slows down the erosion process but also ensures that good interlock is maintained between pavers- reducing tripping hazards. It also creates a low maintenance surface.
There are many different types of sealants i.e wetlook- that helps to rejuvenate the look of the paving, dry invisible sealant- mainly used for Indian sandstone. Also a matt sealant- mainly used as an anti slip surface sealant on commercial and steep gradient surfaces.
