Chris and his team are brilliant! The gable end of my victorian terrace was in quite bad condition, Chris was very clear about how to approach the repair and has a wealth of knowledge regarding the age of my house and what the best approach was. Can't recommend him enough. I will absolutely use Maple Home Improvements in the future on other areas of my house that need attention.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris and his team have been excellent throughout. Chris came out to do a quote and we were immediately impressed by his expertise and the ways he offered us informed options about the work. The lime repointing, rendering and brick work they did was brilliant quality and done really efficiently. They always turned up when they said they would, and finished ahead of schedule after working really hard. They were all very respectful of our living space and our neighbours too.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Met Chris today to evaluate a problem with my house. I appreciated his honesty and advice about the best thing to do.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris and his team did an excellent job bringing life back to a previously neglected property. They really take pride in their work and the house looks completely renewed. Chris kept me updated daily with progress, sharing photos/ videos and calling to update and query decisions that needed to be made. I don’t live locally so this was helpful to be fully informed and still able to oversee the work. He was super helpful with advising, explaining what issues there were as they came up and giving options available to address. As well as doing additional extras and consideration given to the neighbours. I’m really happy with the work completed (including repointing front & back with helibar installation, cleaning brickwork & replacing weathered bricks, roof repair, gable wall painting, PIV installation, bathroom &extractor fan installation) and do think it was worth the money. Everything pre-agreed remained the same - no hidden costs, and many additional bits included in the price. They’re a great team to work with. Chris was knowledgeable, reliable and easy to communicate with. Clearly a lot of expertise, and I would highly recommend him and his team.
